1. Managing Director/Chief Executive
A recognised university degree or its equivalent and/or professional qualification with at least seven years post qualification experience in banking or related industry.
2. Banking and Accounting Officers
A recognised university degree or its equivalent with at least three years post qualification experience in banking or related industry.
3. Information Technology Officer
A recognised university degree or its equivalent in Information Technology with at least three years post qualification experience.
4. Marketing Officers
A recognised university degree or equivalent, and OND holders with minimum of three years experience in Marketing, Sales Representative or Co-operative Management.
5. Security Personnel
Minimum of School Certificate or ex-force man.
